We have been having the most amazing meals from the meat. The lamb is especially rich and flavorful, like nothing you can get at an ordinary grocery. You also get regular updates on the raising and processing of the meat - it just feels right. We’ve already signed up for a full share next year. If you can sign up, do it! The lamb chops made me want to cry. I’ve NEVER had lamb that good. We made them up with salt crusted fingerling potatoes and minted peas. Just seared, in the pan with salt and pepper.
